Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Parkko application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Parkko provides an automatic parking detection and real-time parking availability service. The App:

• Uses GPS and motion sensors on your device to detect parking and departure
• Displays real-time parking spot availability on a map
• Operates in the background for continuous detection
• Requires access to location, notifications, and motion recognition

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must:

• Sign in via Google, Apple, or Microsoft account
• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access unauthorized parts of the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Submit false parking data
• Use automated systems to access the App without our permission

5. Intellectual Property

Parkko, including its logo, design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Parkko is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of parking availability data, continuous uninterrupted operation, detection of every parking event, or service availability in all areas. Parkko is not responsible for fines, vehicle damage, or any losses arising from use of the App. Always follow local parking regulations.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account in the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
